Welcome to the Keystone, Wyoming web cam page. This is the home to web cams in the Keystone and Snowy Range areas of southern Wyoming. The first web cam was installed in the fall of 2001 in the former old mining town of Keystone, Wyoming (elevation of 8,900 feet). The Critter Crossing Web Cam was installed in 2002. Since their inception these web cams have become very popular with cabin owners, hikers, backpackers,  hunters, snowmobile enthusiasts as well as weather watchers. Due to the remoteness and the lack of easy year round access these cams depend on computers running on their own and are susceptible to power outages, storms, etc. Web cam pictures usually update every 30 minutes in Keystone and every 5 minutes at Critter Crossing and the weather once an hour.

299 inches is the most snow recorded in Keystone since we kept starting to track snowfall (7 years) with more snow on the way........

Click here for cam archive - Watch for Critters! Many deer, moose and elk frequent this meadow, especially mornings and evenings. Peak time of season is June and early July for elk, all summer for deer and moose. Once hunting season starts they get scarce.  Look for other types of Critters as well! Report your Critter sighting here!
